The Super 25 Minutes Total Body Workout
This total body workout is for those who don’t have the time to go to the gym to get in their daily exercise routine. These exercises can easily be done in the comfort of your home.(1) Jumping jacks;
(2) Wall sit;
(3) Push-ups;
(4) Sit-ups;
(5) Step-ups;
(6) Squats;
(7) Triceps push-ups;
(8) Plank;
(9) Running in place;
(10) Lunges;
(11) One arm plank;
(12) One elbow plank
Do each of the above exercises for 30 seconds with a 10 second break between each exercise. Complete the circuit twice. Do as many reps as you can in 30 seconds. Do 15 seconds for each leg while doing the chair step-up exercise.
If you have the time, you can modify your total body workout by increasing the length of each exercise to 1 minute, or you can do more than 2 circuits. You can periodically substitute other exercises for the ones shown above in order to decrease monotony. Remember to stretch before and after your total body workout.
